The overall ambiance is one of coastal tranquility and relaxation, enhanced by the ever-present sound and sight of the ocean.
Modern finishes, comfortable furniture, a fully equipped kitchen that features a dishwasher as well as a washing machine. The design emphasises open plan living to maximise space and natural light, creating a seamless flow between the kitchen, dining room and lounge. There is DSTV. The large sliding door windows blur the lines between indoor and outdoor living, offering unobstructed panoramic views of the beach and sea. The spacious balcony provides a private space for enjoying morning coffee or evening sundowners while taking in the ocean.
The main bedroom has a queen-size bed with an en-suite bathroom that features a corner bath as well as a shower. In the second bedroom there is a queen-size bed and leads onto a small balcony with excellent sea views. There are two single beds in the third bedroom. The guest bathroom has a shower as well as a bath. Unfortunately the AIR-CONS are NOT OPERATIONAL. There are standing fans in all the rooms.
Lucien Sands 302 is on the third floor and the complex features a lift. This secure, well maintained complex offers easy beach access, allowing for leisurely strolls and immediate enjoyment of the coastline. There is a communal swimming pool, perfect for a refreshing dip. Each apartment also has its own parking.
Lucien Beach where there are lifeguards as well as shark nets which makes it safe for swimming. A short walk down the beach will bring you to the Margate main beach. Margate is a very popular resort town that has been a major drawcard to the South Coast for many decades.
The South Coast enjoys a warm subtropical climate due to the influence of the warm Mozambique current that flows south along the coast. The temperatures are lovely and warm and the winters are mild.
