This apartment on the first floor is perfectly positioned in the front of the complex and has magnificent sea-views. The kitchen/dining room/lounge is open plan and opens up onto a balcony that overlooks the ocean. There is a gas braai on the balcony for your convenience.  Well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. There is DSTV in this apartment. The main bedroom opens onto the balcony, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee with the soothing sound of the waves. In the en-suite bathroom there is a shower. Second bedroom has a double size bed. The third bedroom has two single beds. There is a shower as well as a bath in the guest bathroom. There are AIR-CONS in the bedrooms only.
