Fairview is a lovely 4 bedroom/3 bathroom beach house in Uvongo on the South Coast that is suitable for self-catering holiday accommodation.  This large property has a well-maintained garden with an electric fence and a sparkling swimming pool. In addition, there is a carport. There are partial sea-views from the patio. The spacious kitchen is well equipped for self-catering and for preparing your own meals. A washing machine is included for added convenience. The open plan living space is airy and inviting and opens up onto an enclosed patio. A great space for relaxation and to chill. There is DSTV in this home.

The patio leads onto the swimming pool area where there is a built-in braai. This lovely family home is a perfect holiday destination for a family wanting to enjoy the privacy of their own home. The location is perfect, peaceful and scenic, yet close enough to shops and restaurants for convenience.

The master bedroom is a private sanctuary with a queen size bed and air-con. This spacious bedroom has a sunken bath which offers a relaxing experience, providing a spa-like atmosphere. The second bedroom has two single beds (ceiling fan). The third bedroom has a double bed (ceiling fan). In the Fourth bedroom, there are three single beds. The first bathroom has a shower as well as a bath and there is a separate toilet. The second bathroom has a shower. Three of the bedrooms have sliding doors opening up onto the patio.

Uvongo is probably most famous for its picturesque waterfall that plunges into a lovely little lagoon.  Paddle boats and also canoes are for hire on the lagoon. Curios are available to buy or admire from the local craft market on the beach. Lucien Beach is within walking distance and is a beautiful beach on the north end of Margate Beach. A short walk down the beach will bring you to the Margate main beach.

Other attractions include numerous pools that stretch from Uvongo Beach to Lucien Beach and the fishing pier on the edge of the beach. Lillie Crona Avenue is a 2.5km stretch of road along the rocks between these two beaches which is abuzz with walkers, joggers, and cyclists every morning and evening.

The South Coast has nine eighteen-hole golf courses as well as many beautiful beaches. Oribi Gorge has the longest zip line in Africa, spectacular views, mountain biking, hiking, and white water rafting. Shelly Beach offers scuba diving and deep-sea fishing.
