This superb holiday apartment has air-con in the living area as well as the main bedroom. The flat is within a gated complex where there is 24 hour security, undercover parking, tennis court and communal swimming pool and braai area.

This home from home features an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. It is designed to maximise space, lights and connectivity, acting as a functional heart of the apartment. This layout features a seamless flow where the kitchen overlooks the dining and living zone, making it ideal for supervising children or entertaining guests, Laguna La Crete 13, a stylishly decorated apartment is open plan with a smart TV, DSTV & WIFI. There is also an INVERTER for the lights and for the TV. This modern kitchen is fully equipped for self catering with a dishwasher. Furthermore the living area has air-con.

The main bedroom boasts a king size bed and the ensuite bathroom has a shower. There is air-con is the main bedroom. Second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has two bunk beds including a washing machine as well as a tumble dryer. Second bathroom has a bath and a shower.

Laguna La Crete has 24 hour boomed security entrances with CCTV and security patrols. PLEASE NOTE: this complex has its own water supply (borehole with reverse-osmosis filtration system). It is therefore not dependant on municipal water.

Uvongo, a bustling seaside holiday town, is known for its beautiful beach with a lagoon that stretches back to a waterfall. The lagoon and beach are protected by cliffs and dense indigenous trees and foliage which must make Uvongo beach one of the most beautiful in the world. Paddle boats and also canoes are for hire on the lagoon. Curios are available to buy or admire from the local craft market on the beach. The beach is well sheltered and has lifeguards as well as shark nets. Therefore making it an excellent swimming and surfing beach.

Other attractions include numerous rock pools that stretch from Uvongo beach to Lucien beach and the fishing pier on the edge of the beach. Furthermore, the weather on the South Coast is superb, even in winter. The sea temperature, which is influenced by the warm Mozambique current, seldom drops below 19 degrees.
