This 3 bedroom, 6-sleeper apartment on the 4th floor (there is a lift) overlooking Lucien Beach has 180-degree sea-views. Manaba Beach is the seaside village on the Hibiscus Coast that overlaps Uvongo and Margate.  Pleas note there is NO AIR-CON in this apartment.

Lucien Sands 402 is perfectly situated in a complex that has direct access onto Lucien Beach. There are lifeguards as well as shark nets which makes it safe for swimming. A short walk down the beach will bring you to the Margate main beach.

This well-maintained complex has a swimming pool and also each unit has a lock-up garage. The kitchen with granite tops is well equipped for self-catering and has a washing machine. The lounge /dining room opens onto a large enclosed balcony and features a gas braai. Designed with families in mind, there is room for the whole family whist taking in the magnificent views and enjoying a barbecue together.

The main bedroom has a queen-size bed (ceiling fan). The bathroom en-suite has a corner bath as well as a shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed (ceiling fan) and leads onto a small balcony which also has excellent sea- views. The third bedroom has two single beds (ceiling fans). The second bathroom has a shower as well as a bath.

The South Coast enjoys a warm subtropical climate due to the influence of the warm Mozambique current that flows south along the coast. The temperatures are lovely and warm and the winters are mild.
