Natspat 14 is in a complex in Lilliecrona Boulevard in Manaba Beach that is suitable for self-catering holiday accommodation. Manaba is a seaside village on the Hibiscus Coast that overlaps Uvongo and Margate. It extends from Lucien Beach to Uvongo. Lucien Beach is a blue flag beach on the north end of Margate Beach. It has lifeguards, shark nets and is safe for swimming.

Manaba/Uvongo is very central with Oribi Gorge as well as the Wild Coast which is Sunless than 50km away. Next door Shelly Beach has two shopping malls with restaurants and a movie house and is also the ski boat launch site closest to Protea Banks. Here you can go scuba diving, shark cage diving, deep-sea fishing, or dolphin and whale watching. The South Coast has a choice of seven blue flag beaches to choose from. The South Coast enjoys a warm subtropical climate due to the influence of the warm Mozambique current that flows south along the coast. The temperatures are generally quite warm and even the winters are mild.  Sea temperatures seldom drop below 19 degrees C, even in mid-winter. Furthermore, South Coast receives wonderful summer rain and the vegetation is green and lush but it also enjoys about 320 days of sunshine each year which is perfect for those beach days.

This complex has a swimming pool, undercover parking, direct access onto Lilliecrona Boulevard, and is within walking distance to Lucien Beach. Natspat 14 is a two-bedroom/two-bathroom stand-alone ground-floor apartment with sea views. The lounge and kitchen are open plans opening up onto a balcony where there is a built-in braai. This flat has pre-paid air-conditioning. The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering with a washing machine and also a tumble drier. The main bedroom has a double bed (ceiling fan) and an en-suite bathroom which has a shower. The second bedroom has two single beds (ceiling). The second bathroom has a bath/toilet. There is also a sleeper couch in the lounge.
