This holiday apartment is finished with meticulous attention to detail, offering a fully equipped kitchen, high-quality bedding, up-dated clean bathrooms.  This space feels deeply inviting, it is a flawless balance of high-end design, rich textures and effortless comfort. It creates a sanctuary of absolute calm. The apartment is decorated in coastal textures, polished concrete with natural stone, linen fabrics of sandy beiges and grey tones that reflect the natural light and mimic the shoreline.

A modern self-catering kitchen balances minimalist design with maximum functionality. It uses sleek, easy-to clean materials and intuitive layouts so guests can cook effortlessly without needing to search for tools. There is also a dishwasher for you to use. The well decorated open plan living area blends comfort, a smart layout and balanced lighting to create a warm and inviting space. There is a smart TV and WIFI. In the entrance there is a washing machine as well as a tumble dryer. Both the bedrooms lead into the enclosed living area where there is a dining table as well as two single beds.

The main bedroom is designed for ultimate rest with a queen size bed and there is air-con, maintaining a perfect, crisp climate that completely seals out the heat of the day. In the en-suite bathroom there is double vanity,  shower as well as a bath tub. In the second bedroom there are two single beds and it also has air-con. The guest bathroom features a shower.

The complex is well maintained and each apartment has an undercover parking. There are stairs leading up to the pool. The lovely, sun-drenched pool area serves as the ultimate coastal oasis. It features a sparkling crystal-clear water, outdoor seating and unobstructed, panoramic views of the ocean. There are communal braai's in the complex.

This beach front apartment is perfectly positioned overlooking the Shelly Beach Ski Boat launch site which offers a thrilling, front-row seat to local maritime action and ocean adventure. Guests can enjoy views of boats navigating the surf, tractor-assisted beach launches and deep sea anglers returning with the days catch.

Smoking is not permitted in Eden Dunes 66. Please note there is also an optional cleaning service for fee on request. Kindly also bring along your own Beach Towels as well as an Emergency Light or two, for load shedding purposes.
