The living room opens up onto a spacious balcony where there are sea-views, creating an airy, indoor-outdoor lifestyle that feels inviting. On the balcony is a gas braai which is designed for comfortable entertaining and effortless cooking. The main bedroom with a queen size bed is designed for comfort and opens directly onto the balcony. A bath tub as well as a shower is in the en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen size bed, cotton linen making it a restful retreat.  In the third bedroom there are two single beds.  There is a shower in the guest bathroom.

Please note this apartment is on the third floor. This complex is well maintained and there is parking allocated to this apartment. The location is perfect, peaceful and scenic, yet close enough to shops and restaurants for convenience. Walk straight from the landscaped gardens onto the beach.

Shelly Beach is also very popular for scuba diving, shark cage diving, deep-sea fishing and ski boat fun rides. Often dolphins as well as whales are sighted. It is a launching site for Protea banks, a world-famous dive site. The South Coast enjoys a warm subtropical climate and even the winters are mild. This complex is two minutes drive to Shelly Beach, South Coast Mall and also the Hospital.

No smoking is permitted in Kubu Bali 24. Please note there is also an optional cleaning service for fee on request. Kindly also bring along your own Beach Towels as well as an Emergency Light or two, for load shedding purposes.
