This apartment is on the fourth floor and there is an elevator that takes you up from the car park.  An open-plan living area opens up onto the balcony.  The airy, light-filled layout blends comfortable interior lounging with fresh air and lovely sea-views.  It is the ultimate set up for unwinding with a morning coffee or hosting evening drinks. There is a flat screen TV in the lounge with an open view decoder. Guests are welcome to bring their own DSTV Decoder and smart card to connect to DSTV.

A well equipped kitchen suitable for self-catering has a functional layout to help create an enjoyable cooking experience. There is a dishwasher as well as a washing machine.

The main bedroom with a queen size bed is designed as a private sanctuary to escape daily stress. It blends functionality with cozy comforts and lovely sea-views. In the en-suite bathroom there is a shower as well as a bath. In both the second and third bedrooms there two single beds and lots of cupboard space. The guest bathroom features a shower.

The complex is well maintained and there is a communal swimming pool. It is walking distance to the beach as well as to all amenities. Perfect for families, this "home away from home "provides a serene escape from where you can enjoy all that the South Coast has to offer.

Spend warm sunny days upon the immaculate beach, feel the soft sand between your toes and dip your feet into the waves landing on the shore. Other attractions include numerous rock pools that stretch from Uvongo beach to Lucien beach and the fishing pier on the edge of the beach. Lillie Crona Avenue is a 2.5km stretch of road along the rocks between these two beaches which is abuzz with walkers, joggers, and cyclists every morning and evening.

Nearby is the Shelly Beach Ski Boat Club where you can enjoy the thrilling experience of watching the fishing vessels being launched, in search of the days catch. Shop in the nearby first class shopping malls. One is spoiled for choice when dining out, the local restaurants offer varied menus to suit the most discerning diner.
