It offers a relaxing, hassle-free escape for couples or a small family. This charming bright, open plan apartment boasts lovely sea-views from a private balcony perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Decorated in coastal colours, and sandy tones, with comfy seating and modern amenities. It is your perfect tranquil escape just steps from the beach.  There is a fully equipped kitchen with all you need for preparing your own delicious meals. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher and in the entrance there is also a washing machine as well as tumble dryer.

The lounge leads into a lovely dining area which is a light-filled sanctuary where the indoors and outdoors seamlessly blend. The magnificent view becomes the ultimate backdrop to every meal enjoyed with those who matter the most. There is a sleeper couch serving as a stylish daytime seating and a comfortable guest bed at night.

Both the bedrooms open up onto the dining area. The spacious main bedroom acts as a peaceful, refreshing sanctuary  where there is plenty cupboard space. In the second bedroom there are two single beds and lots of cupboard space. The guests bathroom features a bath.

The complex is well maintained and each apartment has an undercover parking. There are stairs leading up to Eden Dunes 64. The lovely, sun-drenched pool area serves as the ultimate coastal oasis. It features a sparkling crystal-clear water, outdoor seating and unobstructed, panoramic views of the ocean. There are communal braai's in the complex.

No smoking is permitted in the apartment. Please note there is also an optional cleaning service for fee on request. Kindly also bring along your own Beach Towels as well as an Emergency Light or two, for load shedding purposes.
