This 'home away from home duplex' features an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. It is designed to maximise space, light and connectivity, acting as a functional heart of the apartment. This layout features a seamless flow where the kitchen overlooks the dining and living zone, making it ideal for supervising children or entertaining guests. There is an open view decoder. A well-equipped kitchen is designed for easy meal preparation and has sufficient counter space. There is a dishwasher as well as a washing machine for your convenience. A living room with comfortable leather couches is a warm, inviting sanctuary designed for relaxation and socialising. The living room opens up directly onto the patio where there is a charcoal braai.

In front is a spacious well maintained garden, where children can have lots of space to play and have fun. A sparkling fenced-in-pool is perfect for family enjoyment and is characterised by crystal-clear, shimmering blue water that feels both safe and inviting. Stepping through a private beach gate puts you literally on the sand with a few steps. Each apartment has undercover parking and guest parking.

Upstairs are the three bedrooms, main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, a guest bathroom and a small balcony. The spacious, carpeted main bedroom is defined by its generous open plan layout. It acts as a private sanctuary, blending comfort with functionality.  A small balcony off the bedroom is a personal oasis, offering a quiet, and intimate escape for morning coffee or a place to relax and unwind. The tree in front offers privacy and lowers the interior bedroom temperature during the hot summer. In the second bedroom there is queen size bed (carpeted) and the third bedroom (carpeted) has two single beds. There is ample cupboard space in all of the bedrooms.the guest bathroom is spacious and features a shower as well as a bath. There is a third bathroom downstairs.

Shelly Beach is a small sea-side town that is very popular for scuba-diving, shark cage diving, deep-sea fishing and ski boat fun rides as well as dolphin and whale watching trips. It is the launch site for Protea banks, a world-famous dive site.  Next to the launch site is a tidal pool. The Ski Boat club has frequent fishing competitions.

Shelly Beach has a long white beach on one side and a rocky beach on the other side extending to St Michaels Beach. The rocky beach is great for walking and pottering around with kids. There are numerous rock pools to be found that have all the creatures that you find in small seawater aquariums. Swimming in these picturesque natural tidal pools is  also great fun. St Michaels beach has shark nets as well as lifeguards.

Shelly Beach is the shopping hub of the area. It boasts Shelly Centre and South Coast Mall.  Here you will find all the large chain stores and restaurants as well as surf shops and speciality stores. Within 50 km of Shelly Beach is Oribi Gorge, which offers the longest zip-line in Africa, mountain biking, hiking, white river rafting and nature reserve.  The Wild Coast Sun is also less than 50 km away.
