This nearly renovated property with an electric fence offers enhanced security and has beams inside and out.  The enclosed swimming pool with a pool net offers a combination of safety, cleanliness and comfort. There is a built in braai waiting for your first barbecue. The property has solar and there are jojo tanks. There is also parking on the property.

A well-equipped kitchen designed for easy meal preparation and has sufficient counter space. There is a dishwasher as well  as a chest freezer added for your convenience. A living room with comfortable couches is a warm, inviting sanctuary designed for relaxation and socialising. The dining room/ sunroom with large sliding windows offers uninterrupted panoramic views of the ocean.  This space allows abundant natural light and the fresh air to flow freely, creating a seamless connection to the coastal environment.

The bedrooms are down the passage of all of them have sea-views. A tranquil bedroom suite is available, featuring ample natural light and direct access to a private, connected sunroom. The lovely room offers panoramic sea-views and overlooks the swimming pool. The entire space is designed for comfort, equipped with air-conditioning to ensure an ideal climate year-round. The en-suite bathroom has a shower. Both the second and third bedrooms each have a double bed. The guest bathroom has a bath as well as a shower. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Happy Place Beach House is a wonderful place to book for a holiday, it is in walking distance to Manaba Beach and well as the Tidal Pool.  Please note no parties allowed on this property. We offer additional cleaning services at a fee on request.
