Description

Jakaranda 23 in Uvongo is a modern, well appointed 2 bedroom apartment suitable for self catering holiday accommodation on the South Coast.  Enjoy spectacular oceanic views and breathtaking sunrises. Sightings of whales and dolphins frolicking in the waves are a common occurrence. This apartment is perfectly positioned for a family holiday. Other attractions include numerous rock pools that stretch from Uvongo beach to Lucien Beach and the fishing pier. Furthermore, Lillie Crona Avenue is a 2.5 km stretch of road along the rocks between these two beaches which is abuzz with walkers, joggers and cyclists every morning and evening.

Jakaranda 23 is situated on the second floor and has beautiful sea views. Complex is well maintained with an electric fence. You will find many communal braai's as well as a great space for children to play.  There is also a laundry on the premises that can be used.  This apartment has a well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a breakfast nook. Spacious lounge that opens up onto a balcony. Main bedroom has a queen size bed with air conditioning and also opens up onto the balcony. Second bedroom has a double size bed. The bathroom has a bath.

Uvongo Beach is protected by cliffs, dense indigenous trees and foliage which must make Uvongo Beach one of the most beautiful in the world. Paddle boasts, as well as canoes are for hire on the lagoon. Curious are available to buy or admire from the local craft market on the beach. Uvongo Beach has lifeguards as well as shark nets making it an excellent swimming and surfing beach. There is also a fresh water kiddies pool as well as a tidal pool nearby. Other attractions include numerous rock pools that stretch from Uvongo Beach to Lucien Beach and the fishing pier on the edge of the beach. There is permanent DSTV in this apartment. No smoking is allowed in the apartment. Please note that you need to bring along your own towels.

In addition there is an optional service at R180 per service on request.
